Roller welding plant
The roller welding plant is made of electro-welded sheet and profile steel, machined on machine tools and subjected to rigorous normalization treatments, so as to ensure high preciption, combined with excellent rigidity and resistance to mechanical stress. Two opposing zones of assembly and/or welding are provided, suitable for alternately housing a flatbed to be assembled and a flatbed to be resistance punched. Welding station-The T120-SPE02 welding station, is an innovative welding station. The Virola is placed vertically on the lower containment lathe. So the welding station will be less bulky than classic solutions, also it will simplify loading and unloading particular to be welded. It is also simplified in machining change operations because it does not require additional Virola supports, since it rests on the welding edge. Roller bearing heads with rolling bearings, silver-plated sliding contacts suitably machined to ensure adequate electrical contact for welding current, cooled by circulating coolant. The movement of such heads is served by three-phase asynchronous motor, driven by inverter for fine adjustment of speed and welding motion. Welding transformer water-cooled vacuum-impregnated to ensure excellent spot continuity.
Welding Control – Welding control model MICRO 8 Rollers, microprocessor synchronous 5-stroke. Provides timing, synchronous with the mains frequency, of the various phases of the cycle (approach, welding, cold time and maintenance of welding current by partialization with choice of spot welding in continuous or impulsive mode. Offers dual program as standard. Multi-turn potentiometer for adjusting the speed of roller rotation with the possibility of reversing. With this continuous welding system, the roller pointer makes a continuous welding seam. It means that the welding current is active during the entire roller rotation cycle.
Cooling system – Cooling system model Tae EVO M15 with closed circuit, suitable for cooling the two welding heads and their cadence. Industrial liquid chiller, air-condensed with scroll compressors in R410A. Innovative configuration with a finned coil evaporator immersed in the storage tank designed specifically for industrial applications. It allows operation with high flow rates and low pressure drops, and even with liquids containing impurities. Scroll compressors ensure high efficiency, excellent performance and high energy savings. Down to -10°C. Ambient temperatures up to 46°C and minimum ambient temperature -5°C.
