Robotic punching plant
The robotic punching plant is made of electro-welded sheet and profile steel, machined on machine tools and subjected to rigorous normalization treatments, so as to ensure high preciption, combined with excellent rigidity and resistance to mechanical stress. Two opposing zones of assembly and/or welding are provided, suitable for alternately housing a flatbed to be assembled and a flatbed to be resistance punched. Handling Robot – Robot model MOTOMAN with extended arm with capacity on the pulse of 120kg. The Robot comes complete with control and programming keyboard. Welding Clamp – Self-centering punching clamp with 170 kva inverter transformer, integrally water-cooled, with electropneumatic control. Turntable – 90° welding stations, complete with No. 2 station rotary tables, for loading and unloading. Automatic sharpener – Automatic sharpener for tool dressing, electrically driven. Cooling system – Cooling system model M020, closed circuit, adequate for cooling the two welding heads and their cadence. Industrial liquid chiller, air-cooled with scroll compressors in R410A. Innovative configuration with a finned coil evaporator immersed in the storage tank designed specifically for industrial applications. It allows operation with high flow rates and low pressure drops, and even with liquids containing impurities.
Scroll compressors ensure high efficiency, excellent performance and high energy savings. Extended operating limits: water inlet temperatures up to 35°C and outlet temperatures down to -10°C. Ambient temperatures up to 46°C and minimum ambient temperature -5°C. Control unit – J-TEK automatic constant current welding control cabinet. A 32-program, microprocessor-based, J-TEK model constant current welding control provides synchronous timing with the mains frequency of the various phases of the cycle (approach, welding, pulse repetition, cold time, and hold) and regulation of the welding current by biasing on a controlled diode formation. The cabinet is complete with a plant management PLC and safety switch, with peripheral connections for controlling the welding jigs.
